Apply in person and bring current photo identification that shows you are eligible for the account. Applicants under 18 years of age will need to obtain the signature of a parent or guardian. Applicants must maintain a valid Independence Township Library card account without overdue items or fines. Applications are available in the library and on-line in Adobe Acrobat format.
